Tecmark worked in collaboration with the Picture Production Company to develop The Power of Thor for Paramount Pictures. Developed to support the launch of Paramount’s blockbuster film, Thor, the app takes Augmented Reality to a whole new level! It combines video, animation and special effects with the smartphone’s live camera image to unleash the power of Thor’s legendary hammer to open a portal to another world! The project was a considerable technical challenge and Tecmark had to push the capabilities of the smartphones to their absolute limits in order to achieve the client’s desired effect.
