Interviews have started this week for the six new roles available at Manchester-based SEO and digital marketing agency Tecmark.
Applications are still open for the roles which come following a number of recent client wins to start the New Year.
Senior Account Manager, Richard Bannister, said: “We’ve already had some great applicants for these roles and it’s been good to meet a number of them this week.
“After a week of interviews, what we’ve come across again is that while skills are important and that candidates must be at a certain level, a crucial facet to the process is how people are going to fit in to the office environment.
“We are spending a lot of time thinking about how candidates will fit in to the Tecmark office dynamic, how they will work alongside existing staff and most importantly, how they will interact with clients.
“Sometimes the best candidate on paper is not necessarily the best candidate for the office.
Job roles currently available include SEO Campaign Manager, Trainee SEO Executive, Account Development Executive and Trainee Content Promotion Executive.
Tecmark, who were recently appointed by SwitchMyBusiness.com and The Start Up Loans Company, were last year shortlisted for Best Large Agency in the Northern Marketing Awards 2015.
