We’re looking for an experienced SEO Account Manager to join our Manchester based team. This is a great opportunity for a natural problem solver and gifted communicator to join our growing team and play a huge role in shaping our clients’ campaigns and results.

Job Description – SEO Account Manager

As an SEO Account Manager, your objectives are to:

  • Devise  measurable objectives led SEO strategies for our clients and deliver them to our clients in writing, over the phone or in person
  • Managing the implementation of the strategy you put together, working with the SEO team to ensure tasks are delivered on time and on quality
  • Analysing the results of the work done, progress against objectives and presenting this information in writing and in person to our clients in the form of genuinely insightful reports
  • Proactively communicating activity, findings and results to clients and to internal relevant staff members as necessary
  • Assisting our sales team in consulting with prospects and devising proposed strategies. In some cases, you may be involved in delivering those, alongside the sales team, to

About You

The ideal candidate is a brilliant  communicator. We don’t just mean that you’ve got the gift of the gab! We’re looking for someone who’s as good at listening as talking, as this role requires the ability to consult with our clients, understand their problems and goals and translate that into a solution that both the client and our teams internally will understand. You’ll have experience in dealing with clients in a multitude of industries and you’ll be a great strategist.

We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude – someone who strives to continually improve and evolve. An SEO Account Manager will be an individual who’ll never settle for mediocrity and does what it takes to make the best of every project and campaign.

You’ll have an in depth understanding of SEO, the evolution of algorithms and the current landscape. You’ll have experience of delivering SEO reports, strategy documentation and audits and you’ll know exactly what makes an SEO campaign successful.

Here’s what we’re looking for in short:

Essential

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in SEO agency side and dealing with clients directly
  • Remarkable organisational skills!
  • Natural problem solving and communication abilities
  • Genuine passion for our industry

The salary is dependent upon experience. In addition to your salary, you’ll get 24 days holiday (in addition to Bank Holidays) and access to our Ride2Work Scheme, Private Health Insurance and contributory Pension Scheme.
