Manchester-based digital marketing agency Tecmark is celebrating after receiving double recognition for its outstanding culture and work environment.

Tecmark has been awarded the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating its commitment to realising the potential of its people.

And, in a further boost, it has been praised by the Great Place To Work Institute, whose research found significantly above-average levels of respect, fairness and credibility within the Tecmark offices.

Tecmark managing director Richard Heyes said: “The last six months have seen some exciting developments for Tecmark. Our staff levels have grown significantly, we’ve received funding from The North West Fund for Digital and Creative, and our regional expansion has continued with the opening of new offices in Liverpool.

“Despite all those changes, we’ve worked hard to develop a thriving culture in which all staff are respected, engaged and in charge of their own destiny.

“We’re thrilled to have received these two pieces of external recognition to validate what we’ve been doing, but this can only be a starting point. We’ll do everything we can to continue to move forward and develop Tecmark into an even greater place to work.”
