At Tecmark Systems Ltd, we’re absolutely thrilled to have recently obtained ISO 9001 certification.
The ISO 9001 is a globally recognised management standard. There are currently 1 million organisations worldwide, across 170 countries who have achieved the standard. In order to meet the requirements for this accreditation, an organisation must implement and practice high quality processes and operations within the company, which then in turn ensure the provision of high quality, efficient services for its clients.
It has been a huge priority for Tecmark, right from the outset, to ensure that processes both internally and externally meet incredibly high standards. To have obtained the ISO 9001 certification confirms that we meet such standards and this is a major milestone for us, as noted by Managing Director, Richard Heyes.
“We’re absolutely delighted to have obtained this certification. To have achieved the ISO 9001 puts us in a great position as we move forwards and continue to grow. It ensures that we already have the right operations in place and that our clients are getting the best from us through the entire process.”
Tecmark’s ISO 9001 certification was awarded at the end of November 2009.
